Future Masters
The Future Masters Program represents the highest level of junior golf development under the Puerto Rico Golf Association. Designed as the premier pathway for the island’s most talented young golfers. More than a training program, it is a commitment to excellence and a platform for shaping athletes who aspire to compete at the national and international stage.
Sessions are held every other Saturday at Grand Reserve Golf Club, a world-class facility that provides the ideal environment for advanced training. Here, the best juniors in Puerto Rico are brought together in an atmosphere of discipline, focus, and ambition. The structure of the program emphasizes not only technical proficiency and competitive readiness, but also the values of respect, integrity, and perseverance that define the game of golf.
Central to the Future Masters experience is the guidance of an accomplished team of coaches. Eduardo Figueroa, Sasha Medina, Manuel Relancio, and Fernando Bobonis work directly with participants, offering expert instruction and mentorship. Their combined knowledge and dedication ensure that each player is challenged to reach their full potential, both as athletes and as individuals.
The program’s mission extends beyond developing strong golfers. It seeks to prepare the next generation of Puerto Rican champions by instilling the habits, discipline, and confidence necessary to succeed in competitive golf and in life. By uniting the island’s top juniors under one standard of excellence, the Future Masters Program reaffirms the Puerto Rico Golf Association’s commitment to cultivating leaders on and off the course.
